Just follow the steps below.

1. INVITE
Associates invite guests to an upcoming BPM. Please refer to scripts below.

  • New associates use ETHOR Script button and advanced associates click the Advanced Script button below.

2. REGISTER
Associates will first add their guest to the correct BPM on BSCpro, then they will register the guest for webinar via the link below.

DO NOT FORGET TO REGISTER YOURSELF!

DO NOT GIVE YOUR GUESTS YOUR PERSONAL LINK

  • The best rule of thumb is to confirm immediately after. Then remind guests 24 hours before, and 15 minutes before each BPM

  • DO NOT FORGET TO DO BOTH! If it’s not in BSCpro it never happened. If they aren’t registered on the webinar, they will not receive the link!

3. CONFIRMATION
Please confirm with guests IMMEDIATELY after registering them that they have received the confirmation email with link.

  • There will be confirmation emails and reminder emails being sent, as well as a confirmation call to your guest, via our office to confirm. This DOES NOT excuse the agent from having to confirm with, or remind their guests!

  • The best rule of thumb is to confirm immediately after. Then remind guests 24 hours before, and 15 minutes before each BPM

4. FOLLOW UP
The fortune is in the follow up people! It’s best practice to pre-frame to your guest that you will be following up with them at the end. The goal here is to BOOK AN APPOINTMENT.

  • DO keep things simple: say things like “That was great information” OR “I told you that would be interesting”

  • DON’T ask open ended questions or try to over explain.

  • There are only a few options:

  • If they enjoyed, and want to become a client: BOOK FNA

  • If they enjoyed, and want to join the team: BOOK HIRING INTERVIEW

  • If they enjoyed, but did not want to do either: Great! Ask for some referrals

  • IF THEY DID NOT SHOW UP, please contact them to figure out why and reschedule them within 24-48 hours.

5. UPDATE BSCpro
Keep track of what happened with your guest!

  • If they want to book an appointment, use the arrow button on your BPM invite list and click to submit a matchup

  • If they want to reschedule, use the arrow button on your BPM invite list and click to reschedule

  • Use the highlighter feature to indicate their status

  • Add notes so you can remember what happened with each prospect!
